Great show! Bravo! Godsmack really knows how to put on a show! All I can say is I am glad I took ear plugs along. Otherwise, there is no way in hell I would be hearing a thing today.....or in the near future.

Heavy metal Wednesday
The bike was pushed aside on Wednesday. Well, kind of. Only did a 45 minutes core workout and a short easy 1 hour mtb ride in the backyard. Wednesday was all about the evening....and the Godsmack concert down in Broomfield, CO along with my buddy, Sonya Looney. It ended up being 3 hours of this......

Wednesday Evening
Did a 1 hour session solo, then caught up with local fast freak, Caley Fretz, to see he has the skills on the dirt as well as the road!
